Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how payments and cancellations are handled for services purchased from Aman Chetri via amanchetri.com or direct invoice.
1) All Sales Final — No Refunds
Once a payment is made, all fees are non-refundable and no credits are issued, in whole or in part. This applies to:
Strategy calls, audits, consulting, retainers, and monthly management
One-time projects (web design/dev, setup fees, migrations, onboarding)
Training, templates, digital products, and deliverables
Any other service or package listed on the Site or in a proposal/invoice
Note: Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) are governed by those platforms’ terms. Our management fees remain non-refundable in all cases.
2) Cancellations (Stopping Future Work/Billing)
You may cancel future work or a recurring service at any time by emailing info@amanchetri.com.
Send your request at least 7 days before your next billing date to stop the upcoming charge.
Cancellation stops future work and future invoices only. There are no prorated refunds for any unused time or scope already booked.
3) Rescheduling & No-Shows
Calls/meetings can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) are forfeited and not refundable or creditable.
4) Scope Changes
Changes in scope require a new quote or change order. Fees already paid for the original scope remain non-refundable.
5) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback for services delivered or in progress is a breach of this policy. We may suspend services and contest the dispute with documentation of work performed and time allocated.
6) Third-Party Costs
Domain, hosting, software, plugin licenses, stock assets, printing, and ad spend are purchased from third parties and are non-refundable. Any issues with those vendors are subject to their policies.
7) Quality & Revisions
We stand behind our work and will address reasonable revisions/defects within the agreed scope. Requests outside scope are billable. Quality concerns do not entitle you to a refund.
8) Legal Compliance
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a refund is required by law, we will comply with that requirement only to the minimum extent mandated.
9) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version.
